Missouri's highest court says the new U.S. House map never became law and sends it to a November vote
The ruling is unanimous. The November 3 House election uses the 2022 districts whether or not voters approve House Bill 1, unless a federal court steps in. As of September 8 none had: the state's stay request sat with the U.S. Supreme Court and two new federal suits sat in St. Louis. The referendum is on the ballot as Proposition A.
