Note: A 50% ad valorem Section 338 tariff shall apply to the following articles of Canada,
unless they are articles of civil aircraft or aircraft parts that meet the criteria of General Note 6 of
the HTSUS. The product descriptions that are contained in this Annex are provided for
informational purposes only and are not intended to delimit in any way the scope of the action.
