Annex I
Note: A 50% ad valorem Section 338 tariff shall apply to the following articles, unless they are
subject to import restrictions imposed pursuant to section 232 of the Trade Expansion Act of
1962, as amended (18 U.S.C. 1862), or articles of civil aircraft or aircraft parts that meet the
criteria of General Note 6 of the HTSUS. The product descriptions that are contained in this
Annex are provided for informational purposes only and are not intended to delimit in any way
the scope of the action. Any questions regarding the scope of particular HTSUS provisions
should be referred to U.S. Customs and Border Protection. In the product descriptions, the
abbreviation “nesoi” means “not elsewhere specified or included.”
