… IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer shall undertake all legal means to effectuate the Board’s direction in this matter, including by seeking to dissolve the preliminary injunction, entered in Beatty v. Trump, No. 25-cv-4480 (D.D.C.), currently preventing closure of the main building of the Kennedy Center for construction.
